Hmm Just to let you all know.
Breeze = 2 per tic standing or sitting.
Clarity = At level 29 it increases by an extra 2 mana per tick. By level 35 it increases by 7 mana per tick.
Clarity II = This spell increases the amount of mana regained by 11 per tick.

It would seem to be that on the Zek servers, the success rate has been severely nerfed. But if you're on a non-Zek server, you still have the same chance. Or at least a better chance than on a Zek server. :-) |

yes, this is used in the potion which comprises half of the "xinth" potion. Xinth then restores the memory of a nervous feller (a Coerced Channeler, non-KOS to ikky shammies) in Dalnir who gives you one of the three skulls required for the 6th cudgel.

During one fo the recent patches, I read that Necros now summon the highest pet possible for their lvl...so, in effect, negating the need for this focus item, am I wrong, or going insane, or what? Hehe...thanks

I hate to admit it, but there's a lot of truth to what ye say, Ulvian! ... this makes me sit and think.
The selection of known ranger one handers ranking above this one is pathetically small.

Mith Marr server these go for 5k to 8k. I see the benefit in these as with wis over 200 it gives me 110 mana. Not much gear gives 110 mana that is sellable. This lantern has more mana than the Shield of Bane Warding, which has 20 wis, but 0 mana. If you were to go for a Shield with AC instead of |

That's because they drop off the Aqua Goblins near the BB docks, and people are camping them around the clock, and then selling their drops to their favorite merchant. Dwarves, who have high faction in Kaladim, usually go there to sell them.
