At 50 you will be unable to equip this bracer. However once your druid is level 51 it is equipable. |

The perfect owlbear pelt has been around since SoL came out and is a part of the Rallic Pack quest which I got the info for from this site.

They drop from pretty much all the owlbears in Paludal, as well as from owlbears in Hollowshade. I got mine from grimey owlbears in Paludal, while collecting wailing substance.

On a print out I have it says the trivial is 17. I was reluctant to risk it at that point, as I don't know how often it tends to fail, so I got my skill to 50 before I tried. I was trying to raise my tailoring skill anyhow though...those not interested in tailoring might find it tedious to do that |

There are 2 components (a shade silk thread and a shade silk cord) which you need about 12~17 or so in tailor to make. So if you don't want to make them and buy these components from someone, yes the skill needed to assemble the Rallic Pack is 0. |

Just because they are wis based does not mean they are not "pure" casters. They also primarily cast just like your Chanter, Wiz, Necro, and Mage hence PURE CASTER. Sorry to have to correct you. |

I think they removed the no-drop tag from alot of the items when they changed the way recomended level worked on them. I am not certain that all recommended level gear was changed from the "nerfed stats until 51" way that it was, but much of the CT loot is just flat out unequipable until |

This quest is balanced out by the difficulty it takes to get the Skeletal Foreman to spawn. Took me several hours of clearing the skeletal excavators to get him to spawn. Goodluck everyone :)

They don't have to be the same. Often the MA isn't attacking but clicking on mobs trying to figure out which one to wail on next.
At least this has been my experience. |
