Several months ago, my guild and a few friends went into MM to pull the Black Dire for his fur. We had two full groups and were able to pull the Dire with Harmony from my druid friend. From there, it was a very simply and complete spanking of the Black Dire.

...seems any Luclin "boss" mob that can drop lvl 60 spells has a chance to drop it. Kinda sucks, as this will give just a tiny bit less of a chance for some more useful lvl 60 spells to drop. I do love my hammer tho.

Killed about 15 Highland Lions in NK and got one after 40 mins. Got many MQ, LQ, Ruined Cat Pelts.
Most Highland Lions seem to hang out around the tower/gipsy camp area, but they spawn as far the Spires.
Lion Skins are YELLOW, Cat Pelts are BROWN.

Indeed, even better toys but I've not made any yet since the only currently known fish to give HQ fish bones come from Western Wastes, Sleepers's Tomb and KC. Seeing as how I'm normally fishing in CS (Cobalt Cod for tailoring of course), I'll stick to the regular darts for now. |

This is a flat out great item. Considering the fact that you could easily get this at 15, or even lower if you had help, this item is fantastic. Great item, nice fairly simple quest.

Used to be I'd say "If you don't give this to a cleric you should be shot in the face" but nowadays what with the 3khp heal druids get and the 2k heal shammies get, I'd say they're all an equal contender. I'd probably opt to have the cleric still have it as the 65ac would help keep em aliv |

I have to just make a comment on the guy who was talking of twinking and making low level drops fun to camp again.
The ability to get an item to at a low level and being fun and having it be a good weapon imho wont happen again. The bazaar has seen to that. Regardless of whether a twink or not |
