I was just goin around killin stuff with a 54 ranger friend, and this dropped within 20 minutes of me being there. poppped it in my range slot and got an extra +8wis unbelievable. I consider my-self lucky.

Note: It says recommended level of 51.
Meaning you have to be 51 or higher to equip it.

We had 2 groups at 4C in CT the other night. Fleshgrinder dropped, we did nbg, 4 melee rolled and a warrior got it. He was in bazaar the very next day selling it.
It's his fault you have to roll...

This is why our guild impliments a special rule.. if anyone calls need and wins the roll, they must turn in the item they're upgrading, then the rest of the group gets to roll on that item. |
