For stats like that I could forget the no ac, gettin that kind of wis and sta in the range slot is almost unbelievable. Any druid cleric or shaman I know would be extremely happy with this. |

Thanks for adding this to the DB. I sent this in because I won these during a GM event in Everfrost (remember the week of war??). FYI, it didn't drop from a mob, it was a /ran 1 1000 GM give away. Now I can add these into my user profile!!

I just got this thing tonight, via the method described elsewhere where you don't actually hand in any items, you jsut hail her, and wait for her to despawn and drop the harpoon. Mine says 18 dmg 40 dly. What gives?
