It's only sold at vendors when someone who's foraged it has sold it to them. I've done it several times, after asking the various zones I've passed through if anyone needed it. |

Though many say it has little use, the Large Soiled Bag (10slot 100% wr 1lb weight small items only) is a quite inexpensive bag to get.
The small item restriction works fine, especially if you have another, such as tink or ralic for the non small stuff.

Where ever you can find panthers. The Wakening Land is the best source for panthers. They're around 30-35th level or so. |

1. Item name: Mail of Judgement instead of Mail of Judgment
2. Skill Mod: 10% on this version, over 5% on the "other" one.

ok, if you have to get technical, the tome is on the end of the staff, hense the untouchable part. you can touch the staff, not the tome. and the 21/20 dam/dly would explain why you don't touch it lol |
