The reason it seems to hit harder than what the dmg says is because you forgot about the dmg bonus. On a 20 delay weapon I think its around 11 at lvl 60. Plus the bane dmg of 8 would be right around the 20 number you were getting. =)

It is no drop so it doesn't go for anything and it drops on a plane that requires level 46 to zone into. So, proc lvl is effectively 46. |

They updated Inny's loot table at or about the same time they updated CT's loot table. This item and the rest of the items that used to drop off Inny were moved to mini-bosses just like CT's loot was moved to the Golems in Fear. |

The AGI, STA, INT, WIS and cold resist make this a very nice item indeed. As a Karana-worshipping halfling druid, I had one drop after killing maybe 3-4 yellows worth of nothing but griffons at 51. Didn't notice a glow, but perhaps my own neck slot light source obscured it.

First off spider fur belt does not have any mana. Second this belt has 3 to sta, sta = hp. 3rd this belt has agi and 12 cold resist. My int and cha are capped at 255 unbuffed so those stats dont matter to me, but hp, mana, resists and agi are huge for me.

8th Shawl can technically be considered Luclin, seeing as the quest wasn't done for it till after SoL came out. |
