	this isnt a stun. Just a 35dd proc. As a level 60 ranger ive never seen it interrupt a spell. Either me using it or other rangers. Its a nifty spell but nothing special

	The proc doesn't actually add any HP (the weapon has 75 hp of course). It buffs DEX, AGI and STR and most importantly ATK. The ATK boost is really what is most important (a character who is geared and buffed up by a guild capable of doing Sleeper will likely have 200+ in those stats anyway... if the

	Pathetic, but 1 gold into L52 I still haven't seen one drop. That's over 3 full levels mostly on Grifs. I can imagine no explanation at all, except of course pathetic bad luck. Can I borrow some plat for a trip to Vegas? I'll give you all my winnings in return, lol.

	actualy this dmg/dly isnt half bad, 13dmg 21dly is ratio of 1.6, plus 8bane dmg. That isnt to bad, i mean whoever will be takin this guy out will h ave weapons that are WAY better and might not even compare, but it isnt THAT bad. Hell, I'd take one as a lvl 52 monk.

	Only the bane damage applies when you fight Seru. The delay stays the same so its an 8/21 weapon against him, 13/21 against normal mobs. The Shissar Emperor is similar but only Shissar bane weapons worth with him. Morigu

	These are random drops on any wizzy in PermaFrost. I would say that they drop everyone one out of three mobs. If you see a snowball on the wizzy as well, please give a shout to the zone. Shammies need the snowball for their totemic armor and they are more rare drops. The Tribunal will thank
