The thing is unless you have an insane dex this effect don't really proc that often. My dex is only 117 now and it only procs once or twice a fight. And at higher lvls I believe most mobs are immune to stun, but it will still hit em for 35 unless it gets resisted. |

Wow, I hate to burst a bubble, but at the highest end of the game, there isn't really an option in how to build. There are 15 classes in the game, and 13 of them gear up -just- to maximize hp. Only Wizards and some clerics are different. Casters and hybrids take some gear with balanced hp and man |

Hisroyalphatness, you must realize that be the time you get this, your dex will most likely be at or very near the 255 cap.. Also, its a 0 second stun, e.g. it interrupts cast, thats all |

sorry to inform you but not everyone has all 255s just because they can go into VT. thats the whole point of going there. and as for stuns even if they dont do dmg, just casting it (or in this case procing it) it still has a chance to interupt casts. even those immune to stun. |

Actually, by the time you go to vex thal you will have 255 in all stats easily, especially with primal weapons, people who go to VT do not go there to get their dex maxed out, but to get more HP/mana/atk/focus effects and such and to see new things. |

It means you won't get full stats under that lvl; you will get 1ac at lvl 1 and go up andget full ac at the recommended lvl, same goes for all other stats. |

I think you will change your mind when you get to a level that can actually wear this item, and you realize how valuable 65 hps are... I'm kicking myself that this item isnt warrior usable, and they helm I'd be switching out has 24 ac..

Actually they arent. They are definitively better than Warlord's, as is most Fierce Heraldric armor.

eh, not too tragic I guess, several decent things that are droppable though that are comparable to this item: Mithril Boots, Fierce Heraldric Boots (if you can wear em), etc. An yeah, they have svall5, but how much of a difference does 5 make, you ask? Not enough.

Actually, I wouldn't wear this, and I believe I speak for most lvl 60s when I say that we don't look at these items to drool over them; we look at them to see what kind of comparable stuff WE can get without selling our souls to an "uber" guild, that straps us to a retaining bar and drags |

Anyone else notice that this is the only Ancient Prismatc weapon (as listed so far) that dont have a +ac? I mean, following the pattern, maybe like 5ac? Bah I say, and I hear it has the Luclin model dagger (stone blade) Bah again I say, bring back the unique graphics! |

I'd see the Mark of Retaliation spell on Lucy before, as it's listed as a Cleric spell, but I've certainly never seen it in game...until now. It's just like Mark of Retribution, only this one is a 35 point damage shield. *Very* nice. |

20 weight is a small price to pay for a free port home anytime you need it. lots of times i find my shaman half way around the world with no shammy guild in site. this would be VERY helpful. |

Call of Sky is a 35DD + 1foot Knockback, not a stun, and it has a VERY small chance to interrupt casting. Call of Fire (55 spell) is the one that stuns, also has a 65dd, and interrupts casting just like a stun spell FYI ;)
