	A lot of people are comparing these items to VT items. It shouldnt be so, they are designed to be around NToV loot, which would make them very good. But definatly not the best neck piece in the game.

	A ranger weilding this weapon would be in a guild with warriors that would be more than able to keep agro off of him. Take a look at some of the one handed weapons that are dropping in the same zone, i dont think a ranger would be getting any agro with this thing.

	Dex does not matter so little when you get this item. Any ranger or rogue will always love more dex. Even hitting the dex soft cap you will always plus with pop coming out and the ability to raise the soft cap, rangers archery and rogues backstab just got even more unbelievable. And then you got

	seems like a nice weapon to me, saw it on karana in bazaar for 50pp but decided to buy it for my bard(now lvl13). good weapon to have offhand for dualwielding and maxing offensive skills out. As melee seems to be the core business for baards while the buffs and damagespells are just bonusses.

	first off, in my mind a caster, due to the effect. BUT, the stats arent really caster necessary. The mana and hp's are great, you can never have to many saves, but the stats is what im getting at. STR: not needed by pure casters, so maybe a hybrid melee? CHA: Needed by Enchanters for Charms.
