froggie crown is valuable because of killer ac+ low wt. Ive tried selling this eye at 1.5k on rathe and got laughed outta the zone almost...dropped price to 400pp and nobody has bothered to even try and counter offer. a nice item, indeed, but pity the poor soul trying to sell one.

We were able to take out the Black Dire with 1 group, and only one person was over 50.

Hehehehehe some (generous) guy in EC gave this to me for 500pp a while ago. Said it could go for as much as 1500pp on our server but he hadn't had any offers and had to log. I love it and no it doesn't actually proc yet but gives me the insufficient will message all the time. |

24-29 is way to low for procs onm this weapon i am using this on my 41 ranger with unbuffed dex of 135 and it still doesnt proc, well rather it does but my will isnt sufficent to command it |

Pretty Much the Velious equivalent of fine Steel, all of this "Velium <insert weapon>" drops off 25ish and up mobs on teh Velious continent, Very common drops if you hunt in velious and Procs @ lv 25, I have heard many conflicting reports for the proc but I can guarantee you it all p |

It procs on the USER, not the target...So the big problem is it debuffing the heck out of you, means it's mainly good for soloing Bards, since they refresh their buffs constantly anyhow |

this item will work as a light source in your invintory as long as it is not inside a container this works realy well for low lvl humans and frees up your secondary slot to hold a sheild or weapon ps grater light stone will do the same thing

some higher-level char prolly traded it to the caiman so a lowbie/newbie could find it. i once got a Deathwatch Sword off of a spiderling in Field of Bone.
just on the topic of higherups putting cool stuff on lowlevel creatures, i think it's pretty cool. it allows lowbies to find "phat lewtz |
