	I have seen 4 of thease boots drop there fairly common they drop at the Poacher camp near the river the named are blue to a 60 and the normal poachers are light blue and green to a 56 there is also a nodrop bard/rogue mask that drops there it cast Half elf form drops from Zed :)

	these boots suck considering what they drop off, i say it needs more agi and dex on them, and maybe like 10ac.

	For some reason sarth scarsdale won't take my skeletal hand. I got it of a charbone in swamp of no hope. Did something get messed up in the last patch?

	With a name liek that I was hopining they would have a skill mod to sneak like +3% sneak woudl be really cool.. Lets face it rangers do make special boot sso they can move thru the woods quieter.. this would make a lot of sense.

	Not bad as far as ratio goes, but with no stats and high delay, I see this becoming a farmed twink item to the extent it can be farmed (it IS lore). It'll make a great starting weapon for all those people who want to make a new character starting in nearby Qeynos, and Halas isn't far either. I kno

	These are not recommended 51, they are REQUIRED 51. I've been /petitioning for 3 weeks now trying to get an answer to when I could equip them, and finally tonight a GM told me they are not recommended, by design ;(

	If it even had 1 ac it would rule. My druid has better and my 39 cleric has some 4 ac 4 wis 20 hp range slot thing now. It will probably sell for much more than I think its worth though.

	16/29 wouldnt be that bad in secondary and have a fast weapon in primary you would deal some good damage with this weapon Lvl 49 human Monk-Tunare Lvl 38 Vah Shir Warrior-Tunare (would like one of these weapons for Warrior)

	No offense but it seems to me that Kagain is all over the place concerning what stats are important. Also stamina makes a huge difference as you lvl, like 3 points in stamina can add 20-30hp, maybe more. One last thing, you said stamina and strength can always be buffed, well myself having a mid l

	the fact that ogres start off with the most str and sta is not debateable, but i feel trolls make a better warrior, they still have high str/sta and also natural regeneration.

	If I was a monk on a PvP server I'd go with this over Tranis king crown or Froglok. It's hard enough to get MR these days.

	this is a great resist piece and good for people that either cant afford to buy a froggie crown or crown of king tranix and it is no drop....nice
