As a Ranger, I don't think I would trade out my Tolan's helm for this...the 65hps is not that big a deal, as most mobs can do well over that in one hit at this level, and the 6agi just won't compensate either for the loss of 2ac.
The 4sv vs fire/cold is ok, but negligible. Same thing for my sham |
