I killed at least 25 partisan with my group in Overthere, got ceremonial dagger, emblazed tabard, lot of stuff but no nigth dust (
Seem to only drop in Frontier Mountain

I know this sounds bad, but if I DW them, they look awesome, and they have an ok dmg dly ratio, so you won't be a huge taunt. My lvl 30 ranger only hits for 20 with them, but it keeps you form getting smacked around. Also we gave 2 to my 35 mages earth pet, he was whoppin up on the mobs like crazy |

First of all.. being one of the rarest and coolest looking items in the game (no drops on Xengony, or Povar, I think 1 on Mithanial Marr) i would think at least 50k+. The GBS is 10-20k and looks exactly like this.. only 1000 times more common. |

These things are almost as good as a Silvery War Axe or PGT. I'd price them a little more than 25pp, more like 50pp. Even though they are uber-common, they'd be worth a bit fore than 25pp |

There have been several raids to the Plane of Regrowth.. PLEASE I'm sick of all these posts of people that don't know what they're talking about. Either Barbs get special, race-specific rogue stuff, don't get hardly anything, or Verant f'ed up. Anyway I don't care... my rogue's a halfling = )

Okay I just noticed it doesn't say Barbarian on it, BUT the second Chestguard that dropped on Prexus went to a Barbarian Rogue. He can wear it just fine.

It really depends on how much damage the proc does.. if it signifigantly increases the damage output then you'll use this weapon as a magic FS when you get it (hunt wisps or something) then move on to a better weapon until you reach the level it will proc. |

My ranger had one of these. At 24th it did not proc. I tried again at 28th and it did proc then... So I'm assuming it starts procing at 25 like a lot of other weapons do. |

I got one tonight and yes it IS offhand only. still a nifty little trinket to show off. No idea on the value. I imiagine not too much, some people said about 2k. |
