I guess it makes sence since you need to be lvl 30 to survive on Velious that the weapon procs at that lvl. I dont know what kind of damage it will do on the proc but I would think a better weapon is in your hands by that lvl thana 2hs that is 12/43. But I do like the idea about putting the proc lvl |

btw, barbs can also wear medium, so it wouldnt make sense for them not being able to wear it. its just a typo. |

did you know that human and erudite clerics are the ONLY clerics that DONT have a vision enhancement (aka infravision or ultravision) and clerics dont get any spells, so this fits in nicely. besides, paineel is an evil city, i'd love to see a dorf or hielf try to get in there and do the quest... |

It could be that the proc is not level related, but some other characteristic.... Intelligence, Wisdom, etc... |

Lokai Tumeiroo here, I tried the dagger as I came up in levels and it did not proc at 24th level. However it does at 25th lvl. Not real impressive but I get it to proc usually once per mob, and if I cast Alacrity..speed buff...I can get it to proc 2 or 3 times on one mob. Still not much damage, 1 |

The reason it is Erudite and Human only is because they are the only races that can be clerics and have Cazic Thule as there God.... Duh! |

Well, to let people know how nifty this really is, not only does it have the 10 sv magic and the 5 ac, it has 55 mana on top of 5 int. when you convert the mana to an int value: [mana to int conversion is (Mana / Level) * 5 ]
- at 46th level: 5.9 int
- at 50th level: 5.5 int
- at 55th level: 5 |

I procured one of these beautiful things, and sold it for a good and valid 70pp. The guy who I sold it to later told me it Proc'd for him and he was lvl 30. |

My level 17 enchanter gets the message "your will..." all the time too, but it doesn't proc yet. I do have the Velious expansion. I was told that most velious weapons proc at 25. Don't know if this is true though. |
