I have perchased 2 of these for my 2 Ivy brecers. I am a wood elf and I bought my first in Kelethin. It cost 196pp at the jewelry shop. The second I bought in Freeport and it cost 206pp. Faction makes a big difference. |

I have looted frozen longswords from watchmen before and after the last patch ... now on foreman rixact i have looted a frozen 2h like 12 dam and about 43 del, MAGIC ofcourse.

I'd say as high as 35 to 40, maybe, seeing as that was the recommended level Verant set for Velious. Of course, any level could travel to Velious so 25 to 30 is feasible. |

This isn't a throwing weapon, it only procs a 12pt DD spell called Velium Shards, I made the mistake of buying 2 from a vendor :( Would be an ok weapon for a noob however.
