	Improved Damage is a 20% damage modifier. It also works with DD-based procs. The only DD-type spells this doesn't work with are Bane nukes and AE nukes. This does work with spells that feature other components, such as Ignite Bones (illusion: skeleton and a 0 second stun for interrupting spells)

	Forget the AC, look at the HP. Barring max STA, that would add 100+ HP. Just try to find boots that add that kind of HP while still having other useful stats (more DEX never hurt anyone), and some saves.

	Sorta looked like leather to me, the color was a very dark brown though (saw them on another high elf). I'm hoping they look nicer with Blessed Full Mithril then my Tribal War Boots (which are my current favorite feet).

	The item itself is very good, I wouldn't mind it at all. But compared to the other stuff I've seen come from there,or atleast the stuff that used to come from there, it seems a bit underpowered.Eh..maybe its just me. -Cen

	Mythla, What I said was by the time you are able to get this you should have better haste item. Say another nice 41% haste NO DROP item. What I am really getting at is this. At this point in the game who cares about the haste because by now you (the player) should have better for haste than 36% so

	Item used for quests, dunno which one yet. You just have to say "I will help" to the ghost woman to get this bag in ST. Some gems no drop drop off named. you may have to combine the gem with something else (maybe the robe all/all or other things) in this bag... Wait and see :)
