	Magelo has this at 39% haste. Very nice chest piece if you need the haste or for the resists, if you have 41% haste item however there are a few better chest pieces out there tho none very easy to get.

	But still, this has great Monk stats and decent hps... 100hp is nothing to cough at. Think that's on par with the best VT monk loot.

	Finally! Someone else that's smart enough to know that the hps are the thing! Everything else is just icing on the cake, with this thing. If you can't get into VT or the other 2 Luclin uber-dungeons, this is one bad-boy of a BP.

	How random that Barbarian is the only race excluded from using this. Given, they're the only race with none of the listed classes, but why bother? Many SK/PAL-only items are race:all, it hardly causes confusion.
