| Don't have to go to Velious for scaling Quests, the whole qeynos badge series takes place in and aaround the Karana's. Not sure if the quest is still active or not though, seeing as how its been a couple months since they clensed the Karanas, but think I temember seeing the quest mobs on track the l | ||||

| My hubby's monk has this.. it drops off of the 'named' vampire in the vampire fort.. very tough mobs.. take a well balanced group of 50ish to take on these mobs.. but the drop lots of gems like blue diamonds etc.. the named ones are the winged ones | ||||

| well, maybe not weapons, but they sure do put quest items for great weight reduction bags on low lvl mobs. Yelloweye's, Maricella Slithra, etc... All are under lvl 30 for lvl 45+ quests. | ||||

| I killed a mob that dropped this. It was a Ch'thk Swarmer in Shadeweaver's Thicket. Didn't have a bard so sold to some dude for 25pp. Note that the Ch'Thk Swarmer is like level 3 or 4. Yellow to my level 2 BST. Seems to be a rare drop. Note that pre-patch these were NOT equipable. I'm not sur | ||||

| I got mine in LOIO and while spending 7 levels in the fort alone. I only saw this drop once. I was lucky enough to get it that day. This came off of a Sarnak Revealer. I only help in about 5 deaths of this guy the whole visit to the fort and I was real lucky that day. | ||||

You don't need to use some silly parsing program for it, and the best results show when you use a pure caster (since it may scale not a newbie caster) or a bard who uses an instrument so he/she doesn't use dual wield. | hehe....I have a druid in his 50's. If you're worrying about your AC, you're not playing your druid as a druid. We're a caster class at high levels. Maximize your mana and resists and keep your distance from the mobs. | ||||

| you could alwas try with testing on your friends. log the dmg with a weapon that has same stats and then the weapon with - bane or Sv dmg - and have your friend check his max hp . do 1 or 2 minute runs a few times and see avrg dmg. one thought is that bane and Sv dmg bonus you might need a higher le | ||||
