| Well 10 SvC in a neck slot item is rather rare to find. I'm not selling mine any time soon. The only other neck item I can think of that you can get with a higher SvC is a Golden Blue Diamond Pendant. | ||||

| If a tank has a cof, then 9 time out of ten, they wear a high ac belt, or high str belt ie: TBB. Either case, in that sense, the haste is better for the tank and honestly, a tank would rarely choose rng over CoF, bottom line. In that scenario, open lotto it, because the tank has better haste. | ||||

| Heh, actually "metallic" doesnt mean it is metal, only metal-like or appearing to be metal-like. So if something has a shiny luster to it, it could be described as metallic. Hense "shiny" "metallic", which is actually redundant =/ using 2 adjectives to describe the same attribute =p | ||||

| That would be all fine and dandy, but how many friggin Erudian paladins are there? They'd have to make it droppable like the Shield of Stalwart Seas from Hate, just cause there's never Erudian Paladin when you need one, let alone one that follows Prexus. | ||||

| As one of the previous posts states, this weapon isn't going to hit hard until level 20. Since the damage cap is in the high 20's (29 I think, get conflicting info on the exact number), a weapon with a damage above 14 or 15 is a waste. You can find weapons in that range with less delay.
