| Well I did check eqprices.com. They said 1800pp, hmmm that seems excessive, but I dont know. I havent sold mine yet, but didnt know what to charge for it. I might try 500pp to see if it goes. Not a bad price if it does..Snow Dervs are pretty easy with a few people to help out. | ||||

| With the advent of the Fleeting Quiver giving a delay reduction on Bows, of 6 .. this bow becomes 5/11 ... and I also believe that hastes work with bows ... with 50% haste on you ... that makes this bad boy 5/7 or 5/8 ... hmmmmmm even counting arguements of minimum delay, this is at worst a 5/10 bo | ||||

| Go jump in a lake. -grin- The fact that these are the only SS piece which (a) have a permanent effect and (b) therefore work on any bard lvl 1 and above makes them very, very nice. And the fact that they are available on many servers for under 1k, (I bought mine for 600), only sweetens the deal. | ||||

| I disagree. I would *NEVER* give up my +hps on my chest item for ac. ever its not how many hits I can get partial hits from anymore, cause really 800+ ac aint going to do anything. Its how many hits I can live until the next heal. and most of the time there isnt too much to mez anyway. | ||||

| I'd say this. Spine Chill Spear is 10dmg, 28 delay, this has 3 less delay. True, the Spine Chill Spear has some stats, you'll be better off with this. I don't play a rogue, but I know that 3 less delay does help (extra attack every 8 rounds). The Spine Chill has +10 sv cold, nice if you raid col | ||||

| As I'm sure someone has mentioned, the higher end game is about resists. In TOV especially, resists are more important than your Int as everything has an AE breath. And as usual, the risk is not worth the reward. The robe should at least have clarity on it. | ||||

| As a newbie I collected these and sold them to necs which helped finances a lot. Now I usually kill the decaying skellys as I run past and just give the chips to my dark friends. However they are a great thing for newbies to sell, usually around 5pp a stack. | ||||
