| This mace procs at level 25, got it at level 23 and tried it at every level. Always got message that said "Your will is not sufficient to command this weapon". At Lvl 25 it worked for me. But, at lvl 25 I had a much better weapon to use and I sold this one for almost nothing. | ||||

| This thing should only be bought for 20-30pp. I've seen it sold for as little as 10pp by someone in a pinch for money in east commons on Vazaelle. | perhaps you should join your local chapter sca ( Society for Creative Anacronism ) and find out just how much a tiny little stick aan hurt. fighting staffs, canes, and the like are just as deadly as any other weapon out there. | ||||

| Sorry dude, it will not proc for a lvl 15 ranger, probably just someone in your group like a wizard or something hit the monster and you thought it proced. That would explain it not proccing for you anymore. | ||||

| The thing that annoys me is that in real life, you have a sword, you swing it at someone, and slice them.(note:I have not actually done this) And in eq it can take a lot of slicing to hit somethin'. It's kinda weird, but I'm not saying I would rather have something killed in one blow with a sword. | ||||

| Dropped by Embalming Fluid in the South Wing of Charasis. It is the rare drop, the common is the enshrouded veil and the ultra-rare is the Hand of the Reaper. | This weapon is awesome to duel wield and easily raise up your 1hb skill with its fast delay and hits like crazy, it raised my skill from 0 to 100 in 2 lvl. | I have a Velium Morningstar and have been able to procs at lvl 12. I have an Elf/Ranger and he has no problem using it. I have been told it's DEX that is associated with it. Mine is at 82 with boost. | ||||

| He was referring to the clickable effect on the Blood Ember Arms he has. None of the flayed skin pieces have clickable effect. For a Necro, just about any robe that gives INT would be better, once you get above 25th lvl, that is when added INT actually starts to make significant improvements on t | ||||
