| Casters over level 50 generally have 255 intelligence? That's the new "max", since now you can actually get some mana from anything over the old soft-cap of 200. Maybe I don't know much about the high level game, but I would say that it's not very easy to get your primary mana stat up to | ||||

| Perhaps i am just overlooking it, but i dont see a damage or delay on this item. Thus, it is not a weapon and cannot be dual weielded. This IS, on the other hand, a pretty nice shield. I can see its just a mistake on where you looked, but perhaps you might look a little harder next time =) | ||||

| As a chanter I don't mind trading a little int for some AC. Erudites have plenty of int naked...I'll give up a little mana pool depth for a little more survival potential. | you are all newbies, you should even be posting. to my knowledge the recomended level makes it so that if you are not of that level you get none of the ac or stats from wearing the armor. and mana on a belt isnt bad if you have max int aand want more mana | ||||

| Greetings, I use the Velium Rapier in my Dual Wield combo. As with all Velium Weapons, it procs at level 25. This particular proc "Velium Shards" is a 12pt DD SvCold (I saw it once go for 32pts in my log file, but I think it was a bug). It goes off for me 3-4 times during combat | ||||
