Chain Cultural as it is horrible and needs to be fixed.You can't compare plate class/chain raice to chain classes, it just won't work right, its way too much of a disadvantage.In which it completely cripples Iksar blacksmithing.

It LOOKS like a miniature Avatar buff (increases the same exact stats, for the same duration, but by 40 and not 100). If it's anything like Avatar, it will stack with most everything except certain attack buffs I think. |

You dont need to be 60th level to do this zone or raid it. Yes its tuffer for lower levels but I've been puller in here with my Dark elf SK who was only level 54 at the time and its more than possible under 60. |

Hehe, that's right. If you want to get this, you must be in the guilds Afterlife or Fires of Heaven. I'm on Veeshan, and FoH is constantly raiding Vex Thal. They are rarely not on a raid. |

The item is Monk usable, but I'm guessing he was looking at what Allah/Railus put into the database instead of the picture... they left out Monk as usable class (and added Cleric). Still monkable in the game, but if you do a search in the database for Monk items named Eyepatch, it won't show up. |
