Beware that this email can also come from a user at blizzard, or so it seems, but in reality it is from someone who is malicously gaining access to their servers through smtp. Its called email spoofing, as well as arp or arp cache poising. These methods are used to gain access to email servers or any website's server for that matter, and it allows you to be whoever you want to be in the internet world. SO just keep in mind that if it is an email from blizzard, that doesnt mean that it is a genuine email.

And you may be asking yourselves how I know this, I am a tactical network specialist in the marine corps, as well as have been working through learning how to get into servers and how to stop it from happening, also how to protect websites and so on.
