A few items of note for the beginner:

Use filters, they are user friendly and helpful.

If you bid on an item the money comes out of your account on bid.

You cannot bid on items that are related to your account.(on another char etc.)

To place an item up for sale requires a deposit,this is determined by auction length and can be costly.

If you put an item up for sale and it doesn't sell, you lose your deposit. You get it back if it sells.
