March 2020 is when they introduced Overseer. It ended up being much better than i thought it would be. No more spending hours trying to get that last piece in a collectible set or paying an outrageous price in the bazaar. You could get them through Overseer and they made it so you could use Overseer on F2P accounts.
The confirmation box when starting an Overseer quest has been removed.
That might not seem like a big deal but it makes things so much easier when you are trying to grab 5 quests at a time on each account and you have 6 accounts to go through. I always look forward to updates like that.
