Mog Gardens Additions and Adjustments
It's time to get your hands dirty in the garden again, for the upcoming November version update of Final Fantasy XI is preparing to bring new adjustments to the Mog Gardens system! Monster Rearing will be given an upgrade, with ranks now up to 2, with a number of new monsters available to be raised. Furthermore, new fertilizers will be available, and utilization of fertilizer will be adjusted for ease of use.

[dev1238] Mog Gardens Additions and Adjustments
- Mog Gardens will undergo the following additions and adjustments.
- New fertilizer purchasable from the Green Thumb Moogle will be added.
- The active fertilizer will be displayed when selecting a gathering point.
- When undertaking multiple consecutive gathering attempts at arboreal groves and mineral veins, the process will stop if the fertilizer runs out partway.
- Monster Rearing will undergo the following adjustments.
- The maximum Monster Rearing rank will be increased to 2.
Players must purchase the Sakura and the Magic Spoon key item from one of the following NPCs to increase their Monster Rearing rank.Skipper Moogles in Port San d’Oria (I-8), Port Bastok (K-11), or Port Windurst (C-8) / Zenicca in Western Adoulin (E-9)
- New monsters will be added. * Players must raise their monster rearing rank to 2 in order to unlock these monsters.
- The maximum Monster Rearing rank will be increased to 2.
