World Transfer Price Reduction
Wanting to try out new servers for Final Fantasy XI, but don't want to spend too much or hate the idea of being stuck on a new server for a long time that you may end up not liking? Starting April 1st, 2014, Square Enix will be adjusting both to make server transfers more accessible. The normal $25.00 fee to transfer will be reduced to $18.00, and the 90 day wait between transfers will be reduced to only three! If you're looking for a change of scenery or want to visit some friends on a far off server, transfers will be more player friendly!

As of Tuesday, April 1, 2014, the price of world transfers will be reduced along with the number of days one must wait before transferring the same character again.
