As further celebration of the ongoing Final Fantasy XI 11th anniversary, Square Enix announced a brand new, three-day campaign. From Friday, October 11th to Monday, October 14th, several battlefields will drop special synthesis materials, Dynamis currency, Bonanza Kupons, and more in addition to their normal loot. In addition, a double experience campaign will be held, affecting all non-Abyssea areas!

We are pleased to announce a three-day eleventh Vana'versary campaign starting today at 7:00 a.m. (PDT)!

Campaign Period

Friday, October 11, 2013, at 7:00 a.m. (PDT) to Monday, October 14, at the same hour.

Campaign Details

During the campaign period, a variety of special items will drop in the following battlefields, including materials needed to upgrade to empyrean armor, bonanza kupons, Dynamis currency, synthesis materials, and more!

* During this campaign, the ratio of seals needed to be traded to Shemo in Port Jeuno (H-8) will decrease from 3:1 to 2:1.
* Available treasures vary by battlefield.
* The content and number of items found in armory crates that appear when clearing these battlefields remain the same.

But that's not all—during this period, we will also be running a double experience campaign!

Affected Battlefields

Regarding the Double Experience Campaign

During this campaign, only the amount of experience earned from vanquishing monsters will be doubled.

* Experience gains for monsters killed in Abyssea areas will be unaffected.
* Experience gained as a monipulator will not be affected.
* This bonus stacks with the effects of Dedication.
* Experience earned from clearing content or using certain items will be unaffected.
* This experience bonus also applies to fellows.
