Politics, right?

This sort of thing is pretty normal for EVE Online, but for TERA? Kind of surprising - a new feature was introduced for Vanarchs, a sort of political leader, which can toggle PVP, change taxes, or screw with players as they see fit. They can now gain power through guild-vs-guild warfare. However, some smart players realized this could be exploited, so pairs of guilds would rise to power through constant and uncontested mock combat, throwing more power onto them for no effort. Players are backlashing, but no word yet from En Masse if this was intentional or not (it probably won't be).
