Hotfix Notes - 01/26

A few hot fixes for the live servers:

• Several spells that were not functioning properly, including but not limited to several Realm Rank 5 abilites and Buff Shears awarding realm points, have been corrected.
• The style, Doom Hammer, has been temporarily adjusted to cost 65% endurance while a more permanent fix is in the works.
• [Gaheris/Mordred]: The Atlantean Glass quest NPCs will now offer quests to player regardless of their realm affiliation.
• Corrected an issue where, in some situations, Leg Shot was displaying the incorrect message when being applied to a target.
