took me 20 min to download and install I did it while taking a shower , your guys internet must be like 56k or something...

You can find the torrent file used for the download in your FFXIV folder. Go to C:\Users\Documents\MyGames\FINALFANTASYXIV\downloads\ffxiv\48eca647\
metainfo
then find the patch you want to install and open it with a torrent manager such as uTorrent.
This will download your patch much faster than using SE's god awful torrent manager.

NOTE: you must start the download by opening the game first, then exiting out. This will download the torrent file for you in the folder.

Hope this helps! should cut time down ten fold.

8 hours of straight downloading and I am only at 54%.............
why is it every time there is an update it takes forever to download.

And no I am not going to use a third party program or a torrent to make this quicker, its not worth ******** up my comp.
