You say your servers were compromised but only names and addresses were stolen? than you say credit card but not sucurity numbers, which is it? obviously SOE lost nothing but only the players did, yet the players are the ones being punished for YOUR FAILURE to keep millions of accounts from being hacked. Im just wondering how do you plan to suggest to your customers that their information will be safe in the future? Secure ya tell me about it. And than to make matters worst you give no information today and have no idea when the problem will be fixed? Lol how long has SOE been in this business?
