Well, while I am interested in watching the development of this game, I am finding I currently much more enjoy browser based games such as Ikariam and Stone Age Kings. It just seems like every new MMO out there has some kind of talent tree, some aspect of forced grouping, housing and/or customizable appearance. And while I thought this was originally supposed to be a "realistic" Rome MMO, it looks as if they have gone the route of a fantasy sword-n-sorcery MMO that we are already familiar with...
Thank goodness, it wasn't based on Twilight...

In his latest BFF Report, Mike B. aka Fony checks out Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising. As the name suggests, the upcoming subscription-based MMO is set in the world of Ancient Rome and has a strong focus on mythology. The game's still in closed beta, so keep that in mind while you watch the video.
