NCSoft unveils one of two new power sets for players that pre-order the expansion pack.

The new City of Heroes expansion, Going Rogue, will offer players that pre-order the game a couple of new power sets. This new video shows of one of them.

Learn how to summon demons and unleash their wrath on your enemies in NCsoft's upcoming expansion for City of Heroes. The x-pack will also offer a new alignment system for heroes and villains to walk the line between good and evil.
