ZAM is having a giveaway to celebrate the end of the world (or at least the end of Azeroth as we know it) and we’re giving away fifty chances to experience that post-dragonkissed world before anyone else.

How to Win
We have a thread in the General WoW forums for the contest entries. All you have to do is post a response in the thread that states what you’re the most excited about in the new World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion. For example:

  • Playing as a Worgen.
  • All the new changes to old Azeroth. I can’t wait to see what it looks like!
  • The new talent changes. My class is going to be OP. QQ moar newbs.

We’ll be collecting entries for the next seven days, and on Monday August 2nd, 2010, we’ll be announcing all fifty winners of the giveaway and we’ll then send you your beta key for Cataclysm! It really is that simple. Just submit the part of Cataclysm you’re most excited about, and you're golden!

 

Please Note: You must enter your contest submission at the designated forum thread. Any comments on this article will not be counted as submissions.

 

Additional Note: Both Tankspot and Wowhead will be having their own beta key giveaways in the next few weeks, so make sure you check out our entire network family for all of your chances to win!

++ If you're an AddOn author WoWInterface has almost an unlimited number of keys to give away.

Rules and Qualifications

  • In order to use the beta key, you must have a WoW account in good standing.
  • Posts in the contest thread that are not contest submissions will be deleted.
  • Users may enter more than one Cataclysm item that they’re excited about, but only one entry will be counted per user.
  • We reserve the right to remove entries if we feel like you're not properly participating in the contest.
  • The contest begins on July 26th, and all winners will be announced on August 2nd, 2010.
  • The fifty (50) key winners will be drawn from the pool of eligible posters at the end of the entry period.

Looking forward to the class revamps and seeing all the improved aspects of every class. i play a shaman myself and i really love what they are doing to the shaman class. i really hope every class gets something exiting that makes me want to play them and enjoy them :)

also looking forward to the talent tree changes that gives you skills at lvl 10 when you choose a specefic tree, im defenetly going to reroll a few new classes with this :)

As a WoW veteran, I am always excited to see what Blizzard comes up with. In reading about the changes in Cataclysm it seems like Blizzard has hit a new level. With the changes in the old worlds and the addition of new worlds and races, I am sure that Blizzard will once again captivate their audience. Overall,I am excited about the new dungeons. It will be a treat to see what their creative staff have come up with.

I`m looking forward to see new expansion in world of warcraft.
To finaly get to use fly mounts and forms in azeroth,to gane new lvls , new abiletis, new races for new harder dungeons raids, new profesions heroic mode in deadmins and shadowfang keep, new items, better dmg,healing dealing and more HP for tanks, new races, better old raids could be done whit less ppl,new achivments, new chat system i hope, and thats about reps it up oo and dont forget races whit new classes that will be awsome. And thats it. now give me the key :)

I'm mostly looking forward to find out which the new city/hub is going to be where everyone will be bored after clearing all the content waiting for the next expansion while people are inspecting my epic gear and my GEARSCORE! LoL

I am looking most forward to all the new mounts and pets to add to my collection=)and ofc to try out the worgen and goblin.but im also pretty sad they will change azeroth so much because it was there you leveled up your first char with the original wow.but it will still be fun to see something new=)

Most of all, I'm excited for new and interesting content, since learning new fights is always fun. I'm also looking forward to seeing what the changes to zones look like and re-exploring Azeroth. Plus all the lore changes seem exciting too.

Trolls are the best, and once I found out they'll be druids I nearly pee'd my pants. Then when I saw the druid forms looked like a cat rolled around in a bag of wet skittles I nearly cried. BEAUTIFUL forms they are.

The other thing I look forward to most is having to work for epics again.
Back in the day getting an epic was a real accomplishment, now you do a 10minute heroic and get them practically guaranteed.
Feels much better getting epics when you try.

What am I looking foward to? More like what am I NOT looking forward to. There's so many new and awesome things being added, I couldn't be more excited.

Exploring and leveling my alts in the new areas, trying all the new features of all the classes, owning some noobs on my flying mount in Azeroth, doing new quests, doing new instances, getting new armor, weapons, and other items, and trying to frickin' insane new races.

Just excited for everything.

What i'm looking forward to the most in Cataclysm...

Im looking most forward to a new Azeroth, with the new zones,
the changed zones, the new cool capital cities.
Have seen like all the "Cataclysm Beta" moovies I could find, on the internet. And I love them. The new stuff is soo amazing!!!
I love Blizzard... and it would be soo nice to get a view of the new places, with my own characters, before i have to level them all to 85...

From a guy who is looking forward to the Cataclysm...

As a Beast Master hunter what I'm looking forward to the most in cata is all the fantastic new skills they are giving BM hunters so that BM hunters can now match up to the other hunter specs dps-wise. Also Hunters are getting more stable slots YAAAAY!!! At the moment there are too many rare spawns and not enough stable spaces. :P

Also I like how all the different classes and their talent trees are going to be more balanced and even, unlike wotlk where there were some classes that were better than other classes almost to the point of being unfair, (rouges *cough*), but cata looks like its going to fix all that. :)

I like the fact its cutting out a lot of fat off the talent trees and making things more interesting. I'm looking forward to all the mechanic changes and would love to test them out first hand. The remodeling of locks, the new dk rune system, mages using hp as mana?! jeeze this looks like its going to be awesome!

I'm excited to play as a goblin and see the new phasing elements of the game. From what i've seen the new graphics on The Lost Isles it's going to be insane. And i'm impatient to play, really, really, impatient...Also, Throne of the Tides and Blackrock Caverns. FTW.
