Well..
This is embarrassing.
I just checked my characters and surprise surprise! The starter pack was in my inventory. Lol
The Turbine site continuously said the key was invalid but it worked just the same.

The Turbine site asks me to enter the key and I tried pasting and just typing the key code into the space. Either way it tells me that the key is "invalid".
Grr..
Such a great offer. I hate to miss out on it.

New to this , I turned in the key and got the e-mail that I get the pack, but, how do I claim it on a toon?
I looked in the store but couldn't find it, I'm stuck any help please.

Excellent post - the 'Bundle of the Giver' showed up in my bags - a blue box on a blue background with a white ribbon, just like the Turbine 'level gift' boxes (so it could be overlooked easily). Like the Turbine boxes, just click on the box and it opens to provide 6 very nice items! Two of them (the Riding Skill and the mount) immediately went into my Skills (leaving open spaces again), but you may well need 6 open bag spaces to unpack the gift box.

Thanks for the key! Received mine, and activated it and all that good jazz.

Just mentioning something here 'cause a friend noticed it: On the actual giveaway page, the button for "Redeem Key" links to the LOTRO site, instead of the Turbine account page (which you need to head over to, log in, and activate the key via the "Product Key" area). The link for that is https://myaccount.turbine.com/home.php.

Got my key, use it in turbine page, but LOTRO page say:

•The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com.

Any idea?
