I'm haveing a graffix problem with the characters. There completely naked. I am tired of seeing my Warriors naked body running around and distorted armor. I have asked many GM's and have done these following sugestions: Upgraded my memory(now 512 MB ram), upgraded my DirectX to highest 1, reinstalled SoL, deleted text files and re patched them.PLZ, anyone know how to fix my problem, none of that worked. PS. their naked when the enhansed graffix box is checked off. PLZ anyone know how to fix this? ty...

i just bought the everquest trilogies it says insert disk 2 to continue installing then insert disk 0 to continue downloading i dont know what disk 0 is help me please!!!!!

I have tried the whole disableing enableing and all that bull i have done it so many different ways and im still getting the same error message each time Direct3D test results: Failure at step 5 (GetDeviceCaps): HRESULT = 0x8876086a (3D not available) this really sucks i just got EQ gold and this is my first time playing I really wanna play this game I spent all this money on gamecard and the gold edition thing to get all the xpacs and this **** happens and its on saturday so i cant call tech support and it took about 5 hours to d/l all of it so i dont wanna give up just like that

i am gettn that same freaking d3d8.dll thing too....i cant play my new game and im freaking broke cause i bought it wanting to play it...if somebody can help me ... please....post it somewhere haha

I cannot run the Direct3d tests 8 and 9, it runs the 7 and skips the rest. I've spent hours downloading every driver I thought might work from driverguide.com and ATI's own web site.. nothing is working.

IF it matters the 3rd button that says AGP texture is always grayed out.. except for one time I installed some driver for a different card, that lit up and the Direct3d got grayed out. Other than that happening, I have been aunabe to get anything except "Tests skipped for Directd 8 blah blah"
Seems like everyone else can get to some kind of step 5 error and fix it from there, but I'm stuck before that.

About a week ago I decided I wanted to play EQ again and of course I run into a million technical problems... My problem is running the Direct3d test. I don't get to any step 5 like other posts I've seen and clicking enable/disable dosn't work. The test performs and then tells me its skipping the tests for Direct3d 8 and 9.

When I began my device listed was a RAGE IIC AGP but I couldn't find any driver newer than 3 or 4 years old for it.. I've been at it a week! So I'm just downloading other random RAGE drivers hoping something will work. Anyone have any insight? A fella named Fegoff posted that he could at least get to the Step 5 problem with a RAGE IIC AGP card so I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong.... I have been trying to fix a problem I have been having when loggin on to the server site, when trying to log in, I get this error saying eqgfx.dx8.dll does anyone know how to solve this problem before I redo my whole computer? Thanks Casamelia

Ok, first I could play EQ at my house, then i couldn't get in on the servers to play my characters, so I uninstalled and reinstalled EQ twice, now its telling me that its not reading my DSL connection its saying something about a XML parsing problem WHAT'S WRONG? I WANNA PLAY MY DRUID (CRY). plz post if you can help me thx
