Wonder how they gonna acctually put BLU spells on cause if its the Monster Uses on you way you could get hurricane wing at lvl 1 >.>

you could get Hurricane wing at lvl one perhaps (if you managed to survive it, if it is going to be a damage and survive learn ability, but that is a seperate discussion) But i suspect Blue Mages Passive traits will be improved effectiveness of monster abilities useage, I.e. if a blue mage learnt 1000 needles, being able to perform 1000 damage on any 1 mob, no matter how tough it was would be far too powerful. So again, as i suspect, the higher the lvl the more effectivly the mage can use teh abilities. They will brobable have boosts to this on Blue mage armour too, AF for example. But again, i stress this is just speculation.

You would probably have to survive the move as blu main. But, if you could learn it with blu subbed, then I would think that you could only use it when your blu is the same level as the lowest-level mob that uses it. I guess we'll have to wait to find out.
I would guess they would be accessible through norg. I could be wrong, but since they have ships I'm guessing the ship would leave from that dock. I heard rumors that some of the new areas were related to the mithra capital, which would explain kazham being close to norg. Lol but that is only speculation.
