If you have been waiting for Minecraft to be released on the PlayStation 4, then we have some sad news for you. 4J Studios, the studio behind all console ports of the popular sandbox game, announced today through twitter that Sony had found issues with the PS4 version of Minecraft. 4J Studios is hard at work fixing the issues, but will then have to resubmit Minecraft for PS4 and go through the same testing processes again.

The folks behind the original Halo trilogy were back with not just another first-person shooter, but their own take on expanding the genre. While the September 9th release date is still over a month away, Bungie has been bringing in players for alpha and beta testing of its game. Last week we had the first round of beta testing for prospective PS3/PS4 players, and this week the Xbox fans will get their chance to try it out. After some time with the alpha and quite a bit more with the beta, I’m ready to talk about my impressions of the game thus far.

Microsoft has announced that, starting June 9th, you can grab a Kinect-less Xbox One for $399 – a $100 price drop from the bundled version. This is on the heels of their announcement that streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and ESPN will no longer require an Xbox Live Gold account.
