The Angels Online team just sent us an update on some of the new equipment in the upcoming expansion "Atlantis". Check out what they had to say:
"In the new expansion, players can obtain superior equipment through many different ways. More than that, they can enhance their weapons with the help of the Gleaming Weapon system. All new weapons and new equipment are relative to the 14 professions in game".

Angels Online 's new expansion, The Lost Atlantis, is generating huge popularity for the game. In order to keep up with the influx of new players, a new server, Rehael, will be opened on September 4th. In addition to the new server, the good folks at Angels Online have announced some big rewards to help drum up even more excitement.
Triple experience will last from September 4th to September 11th!
This event will be held from September 11th to September 18th, offering players double exp and double skill exp
Rehael Lucky Bag: After reaching Level 35, you can open it to receive a prize every time you advance 10 levels. You will have 2 months to open the lucky bags!!!
Guard Lucky Bag: You can open it once every 4 hours, so there's always something new to look forward too.
The upcoming expansion for Angels Online , Lost Atlantis, is almost here. To get you ready, the GMs have cooked up a little pre-expansion warm up event. During the period between August 28th and September 1st, tems that have2x exp effects will be enhanced to 3x exp. In addition, a new training ground, Flame Arena, will be available to all players to help them gain strength and level up to defeat Evil Lyceum!
1. From August 28th to the server maintenance on September 1st, all items with the double exp effect such as Double Exp Cards, Double Skill Exp Cards, and Pet's Double Exp Cards will deliver 3X exp effect.
2. All items with speedup effects such as Collecting Speedup Cards and Facture Speedup Cards will offer players quicker effects.
3. From August 28th to the server maintenance on September 1st, players can obtain a Flame Area Ticket if they buy one Lucky Bag. With the ticket, players can go to find the Guide Angel in the Angel Lyceum (157, 78) and enter the [Flame Area] for 24 hours.
4. From August 28th to September 1st, the upper limit of exp pet's Exp Stones can deposit will be double.

Angels Online has released a guide to one of their popular professions in the game, the chef.
As the name implies, the chef is the cook in the game. Chefs are able to produce special food for players to eat. After eating these things, players can obtain some effective added attribute bonuses which necessary for players to defeat BOSS or win Totem Battle.
At the very beginning of the game, players will be easily attracted by the cool skills in the Fighting System and the high damage output made by the Magic System skills.
It can also be hard for Production class players to level up in game. However, they are a very important part of the game. A lot of time can be saved if players can figure out the correct way to level up fast.

Angels Online: Angels Auction Begins
The Angels Online team is happy to announce that the Angels Auction is now available for all AO players!
The Angels Online (http://ao.igg.com ) team is very happy to announce that the Comic Strips event will continue until August 17th.
Started one week ago, the first Angels Online Comic Strips Contest has been extremely popular with all AO players. The official has been totally overwhelmed by the great talents players show in their works. They have created many excellent Comics which combine cute in-game characters and players' wonderful imagination and stories.
In order to welcome more players to join in the event and offer players a chance to show off their abilities, the AO team would like to continue the event until August 17th. With painting, players can drag the cute in-game characters into the Comic Strips and organize a simple story with several words.
Angels Online is rolling out a new edition, complete with higher levels, new maps, and more!
In the coming new edition, the highest character level will be level 100. Meanwhile, a series of systems, quests and maps will be available for players as well.
New System: Cards Collection
1. Players can exchange their cards for rewards from officials. Meanwhile, they can enjoy the final game designs.
2. There are various cards including monster cards, special monster cards, character cards, scene cards, equipment cards, item cards and so on.
3. After they collect a volume of cards, players can exchange the volume for rewards.
New Instance: Huge cracked ships and heaps of raw and bloody bones are scattered everywhere creating a ghastly underwater graveyard. In addition, the dead voyagers' souls haunt the area in misery.
New Maps: 15 new scenes including coast scenes, shallow waters scenes and deepwater scenes are available for players.

The folks over at Angels Online have sent us a preview of their upcoming event, Mummy Returns. The event kicks off Saturday, August 9th.
Whilst adventuring in the Mysterious Area, a GM has unwittingly set off a trap that revealed hidden weapons and powerful mummies; who are protecting some wonderful treasures. They have attacked everyone nearby and plan to occupy the main city...
Event Location: Aurora City (260, 83)
Event Details:
1. After the event starts, the GM will go to the appointed location. There will be a lot of mummies.
2. The event will last for half an hour. Players may obtain many different kinds of Skill Scrolls by defeating these mummies.
3. Players can form a team and wait for the GM before the event starts.

Angels Online has sent us this brief introduction on two of the most powerful equipment sets in the game, Suman and Manae.
Suman is the most suitable set for warriors. With 2 pieces of the set, players' spell defense will be increased 30. With 4 pieces of the set players' can increase the defensive power of by 200, and with a complete set your HP will increase by 800. As a qualified MT, players should own this set. In order to obtain this precious set, players' should beat the mighty bosses, and collect enough pieces to find an appointed NPC and exchange for the set.
MP is commonly considered the Mage's second life. With 4 pieces of Manae Set will increase MP 600, and with a complete set moving speed will increase by 10%, spell defense increased by 55 as well.
