I think the third episode airs tonight. I'm interested so far. Actually watched episode 1 on demand last night and the second episode is airing right now.
Norman found some old hand drawn Japanese bondage/rape manga and is now a sexual deviant. I guess we found out why he's all ****** up now. Damn hentai ******** up our good western children!
"We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary." — James D. Nicoll
Spoiler: According to Wikipedia they are hand drawn pictures of the victims, who are women from the town.
Manga story (with spoilers) The story and pictures depict a supposedly true local tale. Four Chinese girls are promised citizenship, instead forced into being sex slaves for a group of local men. One is killed and buried out in the forest outside of town. Norman finds this picture book in the hotel, which is apparently where these girls were kept. There are some Chinese characters scratched underneath one of the sinks, and one of the pictures shows a girl chained to a sink in the bathroom.
There's a lot more strange stuff happening around town. The whole town is pretty ****** up, perfect place for Norman and his mother...
One and only question: Are there enough viewers of The Talking Dead that it warrants copycat shows like Bates Motel: After Hours?
I find I can't change the channel fast enough for Talking Dead, and After Hours is actually like an hour after the regular show airs. Seems like a bad idea on top of a bad idea, but maybe I'm missing something.

Ha, I was thinking the same thing about the Bates after hours... I forget what other show I was watching that started doing the whole "Talk Show" after the airing thing.
By the way, are we supposed to know who this host is, or is she just some A&E personality? I mean, with Chris, at least he was already fairly well known by the target audience.
Edit: Oh, and the one I was thinking of was Wil Wheaton doing the Second Watch for Falling Skies.
Edit2: Also If you didn't see that coming you deserve to be shot in the head by some jailbait pretending to want to **** you.
I think Talking Dead used to come on one hour after the show aired, cause originally Walking Dead encored the premiere right away, if I remember right. And Talking Dead was only 30 minutes (until apparently fans demanded 1 hour.)

No, it was Walking Dead, Comic Book Men, then Talking Dead.
I went to bed earlier, thinking my DVR would catch the season finale, since it was on the list. But instead of the season finale, it skipped that and record the After Hours talk show instead. Because for some reason it was listed as "Bates Motel" as well this week. Skipped the the actual finale recording, and recorded the after hours show instead... probably because of some BS move by the content provider to try and get people to watch the after hours show by making it show up on their DVRs...
