Yamato General Endgame will be moving to Bismarck. (And losing our #1 on the server status in the process, most likely.) We are also going into a heavy recruitment period when we move, as we believe we offer a unique niche in the endgame scene that may not be covered on Bismarck.
Yamato is the HNM linkshell for people that don't like to actually camp HNMs. We treat endgame a bit more like Dynamis and Limbus, with two regular scheduled event times during the week, with a larger Einherjar branch under the same linkshell.
We rotate through sky, sea, ZNMs, KS99s, Ouryu and Bahamut V2, popped NMs, and more recently the SCNMs and ToAU kings. We stay with one event for a while and then move on when people get tired of it. Sometimes it could be 2-3 weeks, sometimes it stretches on for a few months. We're very flexible in that respect.
What makes us so unique? Our event times are friendly to folks that work full time. We are east coast based, and are still officially French/English bilingual friendly. You will never be asked to stay up until 3AM to camp Fafhogg. We pay "overtime" when events go a little too long, which is rare. Everything is points based, so you get what you put in, but since our time commitments are low for an endgame linkshell, meeting attendance isn't hard at all.
So while we may not be the most ambitious HNM shell - in fact, we don't even call ourselves an HNM since we avoid camping them like the plague - we get a lot accomplished in endgame for people that just don't have the time for anything else.
Event times are:
- Wednesday 8:30 PM EST: Einherjar
- Thursday 7PM-11PM EST: Rotating event (currently SCNMs)
- Sunday 11AM-3PM EST: Rotating event (currently {sea})
- Sunday 8:00 PM EST: Einherjar
