Hello Bismarck forum. My character name is Akinari and I'm hoping to make a
comeback to FFXI. In that regard I'm interested in a joining a social linkshell. I have a few 70+ jobs and would hope to be a contributing addition to an established shell. Thanks in advance for any responses or invitations, I'll be checking this post for any contact info.

P.S. Any old TeamAvalanche/Shogun members still running around? I would really like to hear from any of you.

Do I count Aki? :P

Beast of Burden is still around, but we are now called Rabies.

Hit me, Klikevil, Willie, Arrielle, Raimondo, or Rahanna up in game for a pearl if you want.

How's it going Nights? You definitely count as a member and hope to see you in-game soon. I noticed that Rabies has changed to TheRabies and will probably hit them up for a pearl just to freelance (leveling up BST or an extra body for a fight.) Beastmasters tend to be a self-sufficient sort during our travels, and I've realized that I have the most fun in FFXI when I'm in a shell with a wide level range to help out. I still log on around once a month to mine or check Shogun to make sure its still up, and noticed Scout changed the lsmes back in September. You wouldn't have happened to see him recently?

In response to my offers so far, I thank you LordDVS for extending the invitation but I am not looking to join an end-game shell. Thanks for the suggestion Midgetgaara, you must think highly of them to recommend them even though you are not playing anymore. I'll read over their forums to attempt to contact someone in-game. If anyone else has a Linkshell they would like to advocate, I'd still like to hear from you.

I've bin in many of LS's back when I played, for the 5 so years I've played XI. DH is the only place I call home, even now. I'm even coming back, just cuz I miss them :o

Hello Fear, I do remember you, but then I remember almost everyone that was in Shogun. How has FFXI been treating you? I finally decided to try and make a return again hoping to reclaim some of the fun I had before. Here's to seeing you in-game.

Good I guess.
Kinda slowly quitting. I only play Mon, Tues, and Wed and sometimes I don't even bother anymore.

The name rings a bit of a bell but the old linkshell seems very familiar.

Saw this post hoping to find something on it haha I've been back for a few months I can't find a good linkshell well I should say I can't find a good social/help linkshell when you ask for one fight for about 3 months and nobody says a word but then agree to help someone on swift belt run that you don't even need and people start finding replacements on parties..getting out of syn-thing guild gear or warp back from fishing, gets old after a bit.

So good luck and if you do find a good one let me know a ls that asks for help but also gives some help not just one on end.

Hello Unclear, I've been with Disposable Heroes for a week now and I like the members and atmosphere so far. There were a few members I knew from back in my BST LS, but everyone has been nice and supportive. They have been very helpful guiding me through new things that FFXI has to offer, and do help each other on a daily basis it seems. I would definitely recommend them. Being so new I dare not vouch for someone else, but post on the forum (http://disposableheroesls.com/phpbb/index.php) about acquiring a pearl.
