Sandy has Movapolos?!?! Follow

With everyone running around in [S] doing campaign battles/Ops, Conquest seems to be even more at a loss now. Windy has control of the majority of the map, Sandy and Bastok are yet again in another "losers" alliance.

But, Sandy is in control of Movapolos? I've been playing the game for over 3 years, and I can't remember every seeing anyone in control of that area. I do have 2 questions, if anyone has the answers:

1. Is That region like Sky, in where there is no outpost to get a warp to?

2. Is there any real benefit(if no to #1) to this? Wasn't there something like Movapolos water or w/e that ppl always try to horde when it's actually under allied control?

I just found it funny, as I was farming in Newton, and I see the hourly(daily) update stating Sandy was in control of that region.

Yeah, Conquest was pretty bad this week. I haven't seen a bigger domination since Bastok did it nearly a year ago. Not often you get the brackets combining two countries. Hell, I'd only seen it that one other time.
