My searches indicate decline of server pop by like 400. What happens?
Please explain. Is it Vanguard, or other game?

1)I'd like to finish CoP 2-3, Do you need it? Please assist.
2)Exp party - can i have it? Again during euro prime. I'm 2500 tnl @ 52.
3)Do any of 100 Chefs made any income from skill ups 90-100? Looks inpossible atm :(
4)How do we get rid of crafting RMT
5)How do we get rid of NM camping RMT
6)Where are all fishbots gone, can't see them in Windurst or Batalia
7)How difficult is Brown Belt quest? Is it worth buying it instead?

Your point 4 pretty much answers your own question. A lot of bots and RMT have been removed from the game, so the /sea all returns fewer players. This is true of every time they remove RMT and bots. The number soon goes back up as they return in force as per normal.
That's what I think anyway! :)
To answer your other points:
1) I've still not done CoP 1-2 so I can't do anything to help , sorry! >.<
2) If I had any jobs at that level I'd gladly pt with you...but I don't so I can't! >.<
3) I only know of one, but I couldn't tell you if he makes a decent income from it!
4, 5 and 6) SE have a task force which is supposed to be dealing with these two things.

The answer to most of your posts is find a good active Linkshell that is willing to help. With your cooking skill, I am sure you could find a home.

Concerning the Brown Belt, I'd definately recommend questing it. Sure, it's down to 400-500k from 1 million, but the quest itself is easy. The 24 hour spawn NM is a pain and takes some patience, but hey, it's one of (if not the) best and easily obtainable piece for MNK, and can fetch you a pretty penny down the road.

As of good LS, I'm in TheAstralPlane which is IMO largest LS on Bismarck. problem is, members are scattered through all levels and ranks so getting reasonable numbers to participate on missions is not easy and quick even for our leader Y_Y. Well my current goal is Brown belt anyway. And Okote, which is even more expensive >.>. Where is deflation when I need it lol.

You'll want to be atleast55 if you intend to fight the monsters alone, especially for the 24-hour Molboro. Ask your LS or strike up a deal with campers, which is what I did. I'd agree to let them have the next spawn, and I'd get the next, so on and so forth. Mind you, this was for the 45 minute spawns, and you won't have that much luck with the 24 hour one. Rest assured though, as the 24 hour spawn is 100% drop rate, if you haven't looked it up, and the rest can be just plain nasty with their drops.
In the end though, once you get that belt and the title "Brown Belt", you'll really accomplish a hefty feat, and it'll add to your memories.

So yeah really, why is this server so empty now? Don't tell me that it's solely because of latest bans.
I dunno, I wouldn't really call it empty, but it has lost some of its luster from the past few years. I think it's pretty safe to say, however, that this isn't just isolated on our server.
