well, it seems my time has come to quit ffxi.
after over 4 years of play now, the game just isn't as fun anymore. spend a few hours lfg, get a group, spend a few hours hitting the same macros over and over.
meriting is fun yes, but it gets boring after a while. sky events are fun, but they don't happen often enough. i don't enjoy any job other than drg so i don't get to do ground HNMs or the 3 kings.
i'm not deleting my characters, just canceling the content IDs. i have sent some of my items to friends, but overall i've kept most of it. i might come back in a few months but honestly, i doubt it.

Sucks that you quiting. Thanks for all the help you gave me back in the HN days i feel bad i can really repay you for it. All the people from back then seem to be slowly dieing off (quiting, no one its actualy dieing. well you could say their characters are dieing off).

Well balz I know how you feel man. You'll be missed....by someone haha. Hats off to you good luck and yeah see you in a few months. I thought I was quitting too but I always feel that pull back. If you don't come back GL in the RW and thanks for all your help in TC!
