Everywhere I look there's "Todal Recall lvl 30 BCNM! [Drops]"
Umm ok? Now tell me how to beat it.
I've searched a decent amount and can't seem to find a guide or advice on which jobs to take on this. Well, atleast no solid job combinations. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thats the link to the page for the fight, there's a few different suggestions. From what I saw RDMs or BSTs kiting seems to work, then again I only skimmed over it.

I wanted to do this a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago and never did. I looked up the thread, and this was all that was replied:

The strategy was pretty straight forward: war and rng beat up the first shroom while the 2 rdms and bst/nin (me) kited the others. the whm floated around healing the kiters and the 2 fighting.
Surprisingly, as bst/nin, I was able to kite one easily as using charm binds the NM (if a mob is uncharmable like a beastman or NM, charms works like a short term bind), and allowed me to get enough distance to recast utsusemi.
With sharpshot, barrage, and weapon skills, the war and rng can handle the first shroom pretty easily. Then one of the kiters will bring in their shroom which goes down much quicker (more dmg on it :P).
We broke the record by several minutes using this strat, and except for the first attempt, the runs went very smoothly. Hi potions and yag drinks are recommended until you get comfortable with the bcnm. Going in with your 2hrs available won't hurt either.
