So my reasons for posting here are not for attention, as most of the people on the forums probably don't even know me.
It is simply to flag down the few that DO know me who I haven't managed to catch online to say goodbye.
I'm on my last week or so of clearing out a bunch of gear before I cancel my ID for an undetermined amount of time. I'm hoping to come back one day, but whether or not those I know will still be around and the game I know will still be the same is uncertain.
After three years I still never hit 75 on any job. I never got sky. I never did dynamis, or ballista. Regardless, I had a wonderful time. I got help from some amazing people, and hopefully helped at least three times as many. I still cannot account for my 90+ in-game days, who knows what I spent my time doing...
I'll miss everyone terribly.

Good God I only played for 5 months and managed about 35

Well I'm focusing on school a bit more, and working a lot. I'm anticipating getting into nursing school for the spring, and I promised myself I would quit by then.
I'm also dabbling in WoW a bit, but that part is a bit harder to admit. I only play an hour a day or so, which is a huge contrast to 4-5 per day when I was in FF.
Nice to hear from all the Hipnat people. Those days seem like so long ago...lol. =)

yeah...those were good times....back when all we cared about was goofing off....like that lv 1 naked race through qufim to upper delkfut...good times, good times...

How? I mean just curious, what did you do in those 3 years, sit in Jeuno and just chat? Ugh, I would have quit in 1 month if that's all I did, that would be friggin' boring. Use AIM, it's free, I think.

Hey Deathsblessing, how are the kids and all that fun stuff? Getting amped for Christmas? Hope all is well. Don't see you on much, or maybe I'm just not looking, idk!
Yer just busy being 1337 and don't have time for the little people anymore...lol. I only get on a few times a week and as soon as you say Hi to your LS there are 1 or 2 people who need help with 1 or 2 things, so I stay busy with that. I'll have to check my friends list a little closer next time I am on. and your kids are fine, they just wanna know when they are gonna see there real dad and not the toon..:p

Well personally I find chatting much more entertaining than a 6 hour xp grind on most days. But, if you insist on knowing, I spent 3 years getting each job out of the dunes, most past qufim. I was going to school full-time, working part-time, and playing when I could without neglecting my relationship. I also often took full weeks off.
